Steeling A Kiss

Brianna was becoming clucky, so she knew what she had to do. She was a woman on a mission. A mission to find a man. A man who would help her with the 100 baby challenge. A man who would help her realise her dream, however crazy it may seem.

Brianna set off around town, but was disheartened to find that many of the town's more attractive male population had already found someone to be with. She flirted, because flirting is one of the things she does best, but each time, she was turned down and a friendship was soured. As she grew more upset about each rejection, she really wanted to go home and crawl into bed, forget her worries and hide her embarrassment.

She then decided to try her luck at Central Park: surely there had to be at least one man who was willing to give her the time of day. So approached the Frio brothers; they looked friendly enough, and were sitting by themselves, so they'd want someone to chat to, right? WRONG: not only did poor Brianna discovered both men had partners, but both rejected her advances.

A quick glance around and she had another target: Christopher Steel. A quick conversation, a little flirting and she was satisfied. She'd found a man.

Physical exhausted, she returned home and snuggled down in bed, where she dreamt of her first kiss with Christopher. That dream wasn't to remain a dream for long, though. That night, she asked Christopher to join her for a picnic at the park. The two enjoyed dinner and a conversation about everything, and then Brianna decided to make her move. Moving away from the crowd, she encouraged Christopher to follow, and they shared their first kiss.

Following this, she asked Christopher to come home with her and spend the night. Another quick kiss in the recreation room....

and then Brianna and Christopher decided to try for a baby.

Cue the lullaby music

And Brianna is looking extremely happy.

It doesn't take long for the morning sickness to kick in, though. By the following morning, it seems that the toilet bowl has become Brianna's best friend and suddenly, she is feeling exhausted and starving.

A quick nap and Brianna is feeling 100% again! The pregnancy craving kick in (does anyone else fancy two whole tubs of ice cream?)
Yum! Ice cream!!!
And then it's time to tell Christopher about her impending motherhood...

Brianna: Christopher, I'm pregnant! Doesn't the goofy look on his face say it all!

and in the very next breath, break his heart. Well, it's better off that they remain 'just friends', rather than have him grow so attached he expects more. After all, she did tell him her plans, and he did know that their love wasn't going to develop into anything more.

A day passes and Brianna's belly begins to grow. But wait, a moment later, something happens. Brianna was happily dancing to the music, waving her arms around, a smile across her face, and then
Will she make it to the hospital on time? Will she be blessed with a son or daughter? Stay tuned to find out in the next installment of Brianna Lang's 100 Baby Challenge.

Brianna Lang: Crazy For Motherhood

Introducing BRIANNA LANG! Brianna has just reached young adulthood and is ready for the challenges of a new life. Recently moving to the beautiful, seaside heaven of Sunset Valley, Brianna wants nothing more than to raise a thriving family in this town. So what did she do to reach this goal? She set about hunting down a man so she could embark on the 100 baby challenge. Before this, she enjoyed turning on the stereo at full volume and dancing for hours on end.

She is a party animal, after all!  Brianna is also a total flirt and a great kisser, or so the rumours say. Miss Personality Plus, a charismatic young woman who is very family-oriented and craves nothing more than the idea of bringing a BIG family into the Sim world!
Brianna began young adult life in a job she absolutely adored; journalism! She would spend much of her spare time improving her writing skills to impress her boss and co-workers alike, and what time wasn't spent behind the keyboard was spent shamelessly sucking up to her boss or socialising with her work colleagues.

A game or two of foosball also helped keep Brianna's spirits up, but before long her desperate desire to have children became overwhelming.

I hope she still looks that good after 100 babies! She certainly won't be able to maintain her partying and care free lifestyle - can she handle the stress and worry of raising 100 babies? To complete this challenge, Brianna desperately needs your help. She might be a smart woman, but she needs you to help her out with baby names. Feel free to contribute via the comment box or email at purplefrangipani15@gmail.com. If Brianna likes the name you suggest and decides to use it, she'll be more than happy to let you know.
Let the fun and games begin!

The Sims 3 100 Baby Challenge Rules

This lovely challenge idea originated from Peaceluverr or PL, however I have my own set of rules which are slightly different from hers. You can take a look at her rules at http://babychallengerules.wordpress.com/rules
I have modified these rules slightly to suit my own game play.

BRIANNA LANG'S 100 BABY CHALLENGE:

* Each child born must have a different father. However, the birth of multiples is permitted, as is use of the fertility treatment lifetime reward. Once Brianna discovers that a Sim has a partner, she will not continue flirting with him as this can hinder her efforts to find another male Sim who will become a father to her child.

* The mum of this challenge (ie. Brianna Lang) is NOT allowed to marry any of the fathers but may continue flirting with them once she has given birth to their child / children. This flirtation SHOULD NOT result in 'Woohoo' nor should it result in 'trying for a baby'.

* I use the fertility treatment lifetimes rewards as this increases the chances that Brianna will give birth to twins or triplets. She may NOT listen to kids music or watch kids TV to increase her chances of multiples (multiples must be luck of the draw).

* Toddlers MUST learn to walk, talk and be toilet trained. Teenage Sim offspring may help with these tasks.

* I will only use cheats to age up a Sim. Remember, birthday cakes are your best friend, and you may age a Sim up once they have met the requirements of their age (e.g. a toddler may age up once they have learnt to walk, talk and are toilet trained).

* I play on EPIC lifespan and use story progression.

* Brianna's life revolves around her children, and therefore she is unemployed. She earns her keep by writing novels and gardening, although she has proved much more talented at the former.

* The children and teenagers must attend school and can only age up once they have achieved A grades. Teenage Sims may hold a job as long as they still have the time to focus on improving their skills and achieving good grades at school. A Sim may age up once they have achieved an A grade at school as this allows you to chose traits. Also, I try to ensure my Sim has some form of employment before kicking them out of the house.

* Once a Sim reaches young adulthood, they must move out (becoming an INACTIVE household). However, should you chose to play a Generation challenge or wish to play another 100 baby challenge using a member of the pre-existing family, you may do so. I have decided not to as this challenge alone is extremely time consuming and can be rather difficult at times.

* I will only hire a babysitter when Brianna has given birth to multiples. As she may only bring one baby home (for twins), I hire a babysitter to care for the other whilst she is travelling home.

* I hire a maid to assist with household chores such as taking out the garbage and making the bed, but Brianna is to mop following any spills. Additionally, I will hire a handyman to fix broken household appliances only at times when Brianna's needs are too low to successfully complete this task promptly and without harm to self (e.g. to avoid electrocution).
